Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

All persons under 21 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

No Pets allowed.

No Smoking in this Unit.

Renters and all guests are financially responsible for any damages to the unit or grounds in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

10% discount after four (4) continuous weeks in the same unit.

All payments must be made with US funds - checks - money order - travelers checks. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.

All rates are subject to 10% Sales Tax.

$400 Security Deposit is required to confirm a reservation. 

Deposit will be returned 45-50 days after departure, less damages, phone charges, extra cleaning or laundry.

Total rental charges must be received 30 days prior to check-in.

Keys will not be left in night deposit unless all funds have been received.

A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date to ensure refund of security deposit.

Renters are responsible for full payment of rental period reserved. Rates are based on occupancy of 4 persons.

There is a $10.00/night charge for each additional person.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS 6 PERSONS.
